BASF Coatings Services Poland has signed an agreement with IBERIA Motor Company for the technical and commercial approval of Glasurit’s products as well as services offered by BASF Coatings Services Company. The agreement regulates the cooperation in the field of usage and sales of Glasurit within the SEAT network in Poland.

As a result of the agreement, BASF Coatings Services obtained the opportunity to cooperate with all the dealers of SEAT and each bodyshop of this car make.

The high quality of Glasurit’s paint and the nationwide presence of the organization, together with the guarantee of receiving fast technical assistance in SEAT bodyshops in Poland, are the advantages that significantly influenced the decision of SEAT, according to BASF.

The cooperation with SEAT has one more additional dimension. Glasurit Poland is the sponsor of the team of SEAT Sport Poland participating in Car Races Championships of Poland 2006. As the sponsor and the official paint supplier, Glasurit assists in the cars’ preparation to the race. Several drivers take part in the competition, such as Robert Kisiel and Lukasz Kotarba, who have recently taken the third place in the Grand Prix in Kielce. The Leon Supercopa turned out to be the fastest in H-3500 class. The representatives of SEAT achieved a victory also in a long-distance race.
